Welcome to Juicy Olive, operated by Ask Farms Foodstuff Trading (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [juicyolive.ae] and any purchases made through our online store.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country to place an order on our website. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Availability

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or adjust pricing without prior notice.

All product descriptions and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We cannot guarantee that your device will display colors and product images accurately.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order:

- You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
- All prices are listed in AED, inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- We accept secure payments through Shopify’s payment gateway or approved third-party processors.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear fraudulent or abusive.

Upon completing a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The contract between you and us becomes binding once we send this confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the UAE and GCC countries. Shipping times and charges will vary depending on the destination and order size. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

- Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their order within two (2) hours after placing it. Once this period has passed, or if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Perishable Products: Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at flavours@juicyolive.com with supporting photos. We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement product or refund in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, text, graphics, product names, and images—is the property of Juicy Olive or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our site or products;
- Delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, transport disruptions, customs delays).

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence as required by applicable UAE law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance.
