At Juicy Olive, we provide a transparent and hassle-free shipping experience. All our prices are inclusive of shipping, customs duties, and taxes — what you see at checkout is the final price you pay.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman

2. Remote and No Service Areas

Some locations are outside courier coverage or considered remote service zones. In these cases:

  • Delivery may not be possible, OR
  • In Saudi Arabia HAL areas, customers must collect their order from the nearest courier pickup location (doorstep delivery is not available).
  • In UAE, Oman, and Kuwait, some remote areas are serviceable, but delivery may only take place on specific days of the week (reduced delivery frequency compared to standard locations).

3. Shipping Fees

  • UAE Orders: Free shipping
  • GCC Orders: Shipping included in the price shown at checkout
  • No hidden fees: you will not be charged extra for customs, VAT, or delivery surcharges.

4. Delivery Times

We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UAE public holidays).

Estimated standard delivery:

  • UAE: 1–3 business days
  • GCC Countries: 3–4 business days

⚠️ Important: For remote areas in UAE, Oman, and Kuwait, deliveries may only be scheduled on specific days (e.g. once or twice a week). Please check the coverage lists linked above to confirm delivery schedules for your location.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real-time.


6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
