Refund policy

At Juicy Olive, we take great care in providing premium organic olive oil to our customers across the UAE and GCC. Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns once an item has been delivered, except under specific conditions described below.


1. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on any food items, including our olive oil products, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Leaking or broken

  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flavours@juicyolive.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once we review and approve your claim, we will offer a replacement or full refund.


3. Refunds (If Applicable)

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed automatically to your original method of payment

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days, but no longer than 14 calendar days, for the refund to appear in your account


4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within two (2) hours of placing it by contacting us at flavours@juicyolive.com.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
